Tom John Or-Paz, who grew up in a Buddhist home has been involved in branded residence since 2013, when he created the branded residence of the global company FashionTV. Light has built hundreds of housing units in branded buildings around the world, such as: Austria, Dubai Indonesia, India, etc .
FashionTV’s branded projects sold for about 25% above market price for similar non branded projects
All the projects were sold out ahead of schedule and the brand created vital content for the sales team and agents
